Scope and Contents
In 1927, the DTR embarked on their Haiti Expedition aboard the ship the Lieutenant to study the island’s marine life. This subseries includes 239 negatives featuring images of wildlife and land and seascapes, as well as of local people and DTR staff. Please note that this subseries includes images of dead animals. This subseries has been digitized.
