Glass negatives, circa 1916-1940
Scope and Contents
This series includes approximately 3,000 glass negatives covering the following Department of Tropical Research expeditions: British Guiana (1916-1922, 1924), Noma (1923), Arcturus (1925), Haiti (1927), Bermuda (1929-1930s). Processing of this series is incomplete, and this finding aid will be updated as processing continues. 1,000 of the glass negatives have been digitized and are accessible from links within the subseries.
