Scope and Content
Folder contains U.S. federal and international policies on marine mammals as well as responses from staff at NYA and other aquaria on those policies. Documents come from several NYA curators: 1970-1973 are from H. Doug Kemper; [1974 and 1976: Unknown]; 1979-1980 are from U. Erich Friese, and those from 1990-1995 are from Paul Sieswerda.
