Scope and Contents
Film documenting Carleton Ray's expedition to Alaska for a white whale for exhibition at the New York Aquarium. "The White Whales of Bristol Bay, a film produced by the NY Zoological Society and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game"--Title credits. The majority of the footage is of the Department of Fish and Wildlife staff, with very little whale footage.
