Scope and Content
From the Fonds:
The bulk of this collection consists of Arcturus records, including the logbook of the steamship, dredging records, haul summaries, outlines and field notes on fishes and pediculates, data on deep sea fauna, and background notes for published studies. Noma materials consist of the ship's bridge log and catalogs of birds and vertebrates.
