 File — Box: 73, Folder: 2

Scope and Contents

From the Sub-Series:

This subseries reflects Osborn’s status as one of the best-known conservationists of his era. He spoke to groups from the US Chamber of Commerce to the World Congress on Fertility and Sterility on the threat of humankind to the environment, and he wrote frequently on the subject in popular publications. The first subseries includes a scrapbook of a selection of these publications and speeches. Except for items still affixed to pages 46-49, the contents of this scrapbook have become detached from its pages on their own over time, and they have been removed to folders.
