Scope and Contents

Two short films from the 1925 DTR expedition to the Galapagos. The first film is an edited film with title cards. "The Arcturus, expeditionary ship of the New York Zoological Society, sails investigates the life of the sea"--Title card. Shows Arcturus leaving port, DTR staff working on board, doing depth soundings, deep-sea dredging and inspecting and sorting specimens. The second film: "Galapagos lecture reel number II.
