British Guiana illustrations 268-294, 1920 - 1921

 File — Flat-Box: 3, Folder: 1

Scope and Contents

From the Sub-Series:

Between 1916 and 1922 and again in 1924, the DTR worked out of field stations in British Guiana. These included Kalacoon, the first DTR field station, in 1916 and 1917, and a field station at Kartabo, where the DTR worked from 1919 to 1922 and in 1924. This subseries includes illustrations known to be by Isabel Cooper and Helen Damrosch Tee-Van; it is likely that some of the illustrations are also by Rachel Hartley, Paul Griswold Howes, and Anna Taylor.
